Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

We’re happy to accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Proof of Purchase: We’ll need your receipt or order confirmation to process your request.

Non-Refundable Items

While we aim to make returns easy, the following items can’t be refunded:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Perishable goods (such as food items or products with expiration dates).

  • Digital downloads or software after they’ve been accessed.

  • Sale or clearance items, unless they’re defective.

How to Request a Refund or Return

  2. Approval Process: Our team will review your request and send you instructions for returning the item.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved or denied.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product? We’re happy to help with exchanges!

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • To begin an exchange, just contact us at support@oofyethics.com with your request details.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care to make sure your order arrives safely, but if there’s a problem:

  • Let us know within 7 days of receiving the damaged or defective item.

  • Send us an email at support@oofyethics.com with photos of the damage and your order number, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund before it’s shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it must be returned following our standard return policy.
